Default Extended Value (Ext Val) is based on non-foil Qty * Medium Value (Med Val),
which can be changed, however, a price in Our Val will always be used in lieu of Low Val, Med Val or High Val,
and then added to this is the quantity of Foil * Foil Val
If viewing the entire set then all the value fields displayed at the end of the results should
mimic those from this set in the VALUATION function.
